□ tEnt（田中浩也＋久原真人）

• 環境デバイス開発

田中浩也（1975年生まれ，環境心理学・アルゴリズム表現開発）と久原真人（1976年生まれ，デザイン・造形開発）によって，2004年に活動開始．自然環境で起こる現象をコンピュータで抽出・変換し，「計算する風景」を出力することをテーマに，試行錯誤を繰り返しながら，設置された土地の気候条件に反応して変化する環境デバイスを多数製作する．これまで，つららや吹雪，波を観測対象とした作品があり，北海道・真駒内公園やモエレ沼公園などで展示している．

• Environmental device development

Established in 2004 by TANAKA Hiroya (environmental psychology, algorithmic art) and CUHARA Macoto (design, modeling). They have been using computers to extract and convert phenomena in natural environments, and developing by trial and error and on the central theme of "creating arithmetic sceneries" a variety of environmental devices that transform in response to climatic conditions. Exhibited works observing icicles, snowstorms, waves and other phenomena at places like Hokkaido's Makomanai and Moerenuma Parks among others.
